Why Subscription Expiry Reminders?
We know how busy life can get, and sometimes, remembering subscription end-dates can become another item on your endless to-do list. For businesses, reminding clients of their subscription expiry can result in a better customer experience and retention.
That’s why we’ve implemented Subscription Expiry Reminders, a feature designed to notify your clients well in advance about their upcoming subscription expiries.
How It Works
- Last Visit Alert: As soon as a client uses up their last available visit from their subscription, they will receive a reminder email. This is especially helpful for clients who have purchased multi-visit plans, such as gym-goers who buy subscriptions for a set number of visits.
- 3-Day Expiry Alert: When there are less than three days remaining until a subscription’s expiry date and the client still has some unused visits, we’ll send another reminder. This ensures that your clients can make the most out of their subscriptions without letting those precious visits go to waste.
- For Businesses: This feature acts as an automated customer engagement tool that not only enhances the user experience but also encourages renewals.
- For Clients: It acts as a helpful reminder to either renew the subscription or utilize remaining visits, ensuring that they get the most bang for their buck.
How to Enable This Feature?
You don’t have to lift a finger! This feature is automatically enabled for all our users. If, for any reason, businesses or clients want to opt-out, settings can be easily adjusted within the dashboard.
