Booking Statuses

In this tutorial, you will see all the statuses Bookla has for reservations.

Before the Appointments​

  • Paid - Payment made by the client online.

  • Confirmed - Booking without payment.
    Bookla paid and confirmed

  • Cancelled - Cancelled by the client.
    Bookla cancelled

  • Rejected - Rejected by the business.
    Bookla rejected

After the Appointments​

  • Finished - The reservation is finished, but the client hasn't reviewed it.
    Bookla finished

  • Reviewed - The client left a review.

    • It doesn’t matter if the booking was Paid or Confirmed—if the Reviewed status is added, it means the client has left a review.
      Bookla reviewed

  • No Show - The funds are transferred to the venue if the client didn't cancel according to the cancellation policy.

This status does not automatically release free spots for other clients.
