While the environment and decor is great, the service was below any critque. Towels and water were brought out only after 1.5hrs and multiple reminders. Snacks were brought out after 2.5hrs, with menu cards following 4hrs (!) after our arrival. There was no control of flow of the people - constantly there was someone in the lounge area / pool who did not have the bracelet and thus had not reserved or paid for the access. This included many very unruly children whose parents were not around (the host actually pointed to the parents at the beach, way outside of the the club, but did nothing to manage this). After the host was informed about this multiple times he still completely ignored it and did not even try to manage the issues. The whole experience was a massive disappointment and I will not return here unless the issues are managed.
