The appearance of new kinds of controlled vehicles on the global market in 2016 also forced the development of car simulators, as well as growing interest among Auto Sports teams. During the year-long research, more than 10 types of car racing simulators were tested in Europe and Russia. The impressions gained from the level of their simulation created confidence that we in Latvia also need a car driving simulator of that level. We want to take the best of every device we try and combine it into one.
In 2017, the development of the “SRC Riga'' simulator and testing of the first prototype began. As a result, we came to the existing configuration and created two identical devices by ourselves. Based on the experience of our drivers and their close cooperation with the team engineer, “SRC Riga'' simulators, since their appearance in 2017, have gained recognition from such Latvian motorsport experts as: Jānis Vanks, Reinis Nitišs, Nikolajs Grjazins, Ralfs Sirmacis, Roberts Willow and many others.
