To facilitate the transition to the Bookla system, we&#8217;ve created a customer importing feature on <a href=\"http:\/\/portal.bookla.com\">portal.bookla.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Customer database import is possible using a <strong>.csv file<\/strong>. The file should contain a list of customers with each set of information divided into columns, such as name, surname, phone number, and email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"590\" height=\"829\" src=\"https:\/\/bookla.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/image-11.png\" alt=\"Import client database\" class=\"wp-image-555\" style=\"aspect-ratio:0.7117008443908324;width:397px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/bookla.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/image-11.png 590w, https:\/\/bookla.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/image-11-214x300.png 214w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 590px) 100vw, 590px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Here&#8217;s how to perform the import:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the &#8220;Clients&#8221; section in the portal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the &#8220;Import Customers&#8221; button. Choosing the file will reveal the &#8220;Data has headers&#8221; checkbox. You can mark it if your .csv spreadsheet has headers. Headers are the first row in the .csv file, which represent the column names. If your file doesn&#8217;t include headers, remove the checkmark.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh7-us.googleusercontent.com\/v-eSrrX-zXya-aPr6SdoJjsEdV26PKxId9Yz9w5Vsq_bNLJDUCUClQbvJIJtdA5bt38oXeTMNNVF2ghd3WOyxASjtror75g7AwFZuqo5Hi1OhjvgqN3-gusAMc4tBsh5uB8SfOMgOkj0aJRC59sLghk\" alt=\"Import client database\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1.4991452991452991;width:537px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Once this is done, click &#8220;Next.&#8221; A window will appear to confirm the successful import of customers.
