Why Subscription Expiry Reminders?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We know how busy life can get, and sometimes, remembering subscription end-dates can become another item on your endless to-do list. For businesses, reminding clients of their subscription expiry can result in a better customer experience and retention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That\u2019s why we\u2019ve implemented Subscription Expiry Reminders<\/strong>, a feature designed to notify your clients well in advance about their upcoming subscription expiries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How It Works<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Last Visit Alert<\/strong>: As soon as a client uses up their last available visit from their subscription, they will receive a reminder email. This is especially helpful for clients who have purchased multi-visit plans, such as gym-goers who buy subscriptions for a set number of visits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. 3-Day Expiry Alert<\/strong>: When there are less than three days remaining until a subscription’s expiry date and the client still has some unused visits, we’ll send another reminder. This ensures that your clients can make the most out of their subscriptions without letting those precious visits go to waste.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
